The reception will be held at the Hilton Orrington in Evanston, IL just a few miles from the wedding ceremony location. There is valet parking available for $10 or metered parking near the hotel.

The reception starts at 6pm with cocktails and hors d’oeuvres followed by an elegant dinner served with wine and an open bar until 11:30pm.

There will be a professional DJ that accepts requests. There will be two photographers and one videographer as well as a photo booth (how fun!) to capture the festivities. Don’t worry, the uncut footage will be locked safely away in a vault for the viewing eyes of the bride and groom only. Furla Photography & Video will make even the worst of dancers look like Fred Estaire by the time they finish the editing. 
It is highly recommended that you book accommodations at the hotel for at least Saturday night through Sunday morning (August 4th through August 5th). The guaranteed special rate for wedding attendees of $169 per night (double occupancy) can be booked by calling 800-445-8667 and referencing ‘Koller Payne Wedding’. NOTE: You must book by July 1st and rooms will fill up fast at the hotel due to a large concert occurring in Chicago the same weekend (Lollapalooza).
